Stefania Sagliocco was born in Pisa in 1980. Her training starts with Classical studies and is refined with a degree in Architecture. During her university years she travels and stays for long periods in Greece, she attends an academic year at the Athens Polytechnic, then she will spend three years in Spain working on historical building renovation projects. Since 2015 she started the activity of OCCOstudio, a multidisciplinary aesthetic research laboratory. OCCO is the signature with which Stefania creates her original hand-made collages, a kind of analogic “divertissement” that communicate fragments of contemporary living. Each aesthetic choice represents a coherent expression of her own vision of the world and never a mere stylistic exercise.
